Most people tend to think of the holidays as a time to indulge, but come January 1 their resolutions are to lose the weight they just put on. What if, instead, you didn't put that weight on and even lost a few pounds over the holidays? That means feeling and looking better for your family/friend/coworker parties, dinners and get-togethers, having more energy, less stress....and best of all, you can actually make a resolution to do something fun in the new year (instead of trying to lose that weight)!
By making the choice now to take charge of your health, you won't feel like you have to binge eat every holiday food in sight (since come January 1, you won't have to give all the good stuff up). You can still have those special holiday treats, 'tis the season, right? The main difference is that I will be there for you every step of the way to help you navigate through the next several weeks so you can enjoy your favorite foods and activities, but also balance it all out.
