This is a running program designed for those who can walk for at least 30 minutes and have been cleared for exercise by their doctor.
It includes a 3 day a week running plan starting at just 1/4 mile PLUS an optional 2 day a week strength training program and yoga/rest/recovery days.
While running is the point of this program, it is important to stay balanced with strength, flexibility, recovery and rest!
